Albenza comes in tablets to betaken by mouth. Read the instructions casrefully and strictly followyour intake schedule.
If you miss a dose take it assoon as you remember. However if it is almost time for the next dose,skip the Missed Dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do nottake a double dose to make up for a missed one.

You may need a dosage adjustment or specialmonitoring during treatment or you may not be able to take this drugat all if you have kidney or liver infection or if you havegastrointestinal problems. Lariam interact with the followingproducts– phenytoin (Dilantin); tamoxifen (Nolvadex); tolbutamide(Orinase); torsemide (Demadex); fluvastatin (Lescol); a blood thinnersuch as warfarin (Coumadin), heparin, ardeparin (Normiflo), dalteparin(Fragmin), danaparoid (Orgaran), enoxaparin (Lovenox), or tinzaparin(Innohep); (Activase), anistreplase (Eminase), dipyridamole(Persantine), streptokinase (Kabikinase, Streptase), ticlopidine(Ticlid), and urokinase (Abbokinase). Patients taking the abovementioned drugs should consult a doctor concerning the dosage andpossibility of Lariam usage.
Lariam may causedizziness or lightheadedness. These effects may worsen if Lariam istaken with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Lariam Tablets withcaution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until youknow how you react to this drug. Do not eat grapefruit or drinkgrapefruit juice while you take Lariam Tablets. Proper dental care isimportant while you are taking Lariam Tablets. Brush and floss yourteeth and visit the dentist regularly. If your symptoms do not improveor if they worsen, contact your doctor. Lariam should be used only bythe patient for whom it has been prescribed. Do not take less or moreor take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.

Possible SideEffects
