Drug Uses
Sildenafil Plus is used to treat impotence in men. Sildenafil Plusincreases the body's ability to achieve and maintain an erectionduring sexual stimulation. Sildenafil Plus does not protect you fromgetting sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.

How Taken
Sildenafil Plus comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It should be takenas needed about 1 hour before sexual activity. However, SildenafilPlus can be taken anytime from 4 hours to 30 minutes before sexualactivity. Sildenafil Plus should not be taken more than once a day. Donot take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed byyour doctor.

Warnings/Precautions
Before taking Sildenafil Plus, tell your doctor if you have had aheart attack, stroke, or life–threatening irregular heartbeats withinthe last six months; have a history of heart failure; have coronaryartery disease; have angina; have high or low blood pressure; haveliver problems; have kidney problems; have ever had blood problems,including sickle cell anemia or leukemia;have a bleeding disorder; have a stomach ulcer; have retinitispigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye; have a physicaldeformity of the penis such as Peyronie's disease; have a conditionthat could lead to prolonged and painful erections, such as a tumor ofthe bone marrow, sickle cell anemia, or leukemia; or are takinganother medicine to treat impotence.You may not be able to take Sildenafil Plus, or you may require adosage adjustment or special monitoring during treatment if you haveany of the conditions listed above.Although Sildenafil Plus is not indicated for use by women, it is inthe FDA pregnancy category B. This means that Sildenafil Plus is notexpected to be harmful to an unborn baby. Sildenafil Plus should notbe taken by women.It is not known whether Sildenafil Plus passes into breast milk.Sildenafil Plus should not be taken by women.If you are over 65 years of age, you may be more likely to experienceside effects from Sildenafil Plus. Your doctor may prescribe a lowerdose of this medication.

Sildenafil Plus is used as needed, so you are not likely to miss a dose.

PossibleSide Effects
Like all medicines, Sildenafil Plus can cause some side effects. Theseeffects are usually mild to moderate and usually don't last longerthan a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occurwith higher doses. The most common side effects of Sildenafil Plus areheadache, flushing of the face, and upset stomach. Less common sideeffects that may occur are temporary changes in color vision (such astrouble telling the difference between blue and green objects orhaving a blue color tinge to them), eyes being more sensitive tolight, or blurred vision.In rare instances, men have reported an erection that lasts manyhours. You should call a doctor immediately if you ever have anerection that lasts more than 4 hours. If not treated right away,permanent damage to your penis could occur.Heart attack, stroke, irregular heart beats, and death have beenreported rarely in men taking Sildenafil Plus. Most, but not all, ofthese men had heart problems before taking this medicine. It is notpossible to determine whether these events were directly related toSildenafil Plus.

Storage
Keep Sildenafil Plus out of the reach of children. Keep SildenafilPlus in its original container. Store at 25°C (77°F); excursionspermitted to 15–30°C (59–86°F).

Overdose
Seek emergency medical attention. Symptoms of a Sildenafil Plusoverdose are not known, but are likely to include chest pain,dizziness, an irregular heartbeat, and swelling of the ankles or legs.
